central location supermarket access friendly staff
The location is really central. It is opposite a supermarket, which i found very handy. The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet (especially the fresh pastries!).

The front desk staff were efficient. My room had tasteful wall decor. I found a spacious work desk in my room, very useful. The breakfast buffet included many options and I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. efficient staff greeted me. tasteful decor enhanced my room. spacious desk aided work.
There was no mini bar in the bedroom. I found no toiletries provided.

convenient clean stay
public transport helpful staff daily cleaning comfortable bed
the hotel is next to public transport i used it to visit jerónimos monastery and the baixa district the front desk staff helped me with an early morning issue the housekeeping team cleaned my room daily after my activities i appreciated this service. my room had a large comfortable bed i found this bed very good after long days.
the sound isolation was not perfect i could hear noises sometimes this affected my sleep slightly

the hotel is located near the saldanha metro station and across from a continente supermarket i found the location convenient the supermarket nearby has a good bakery for breakfast which was useful for a quick meal.

fresh fruit short walk useful supermarket
The breakfast had a fantastic array of choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit. The hotel's location was very convenient, only a short walk to the subway station. I found a supermarket just across the street, very useful for picking up essentials.

poor soundproofing leaky shower
The breakfast had a good variety.
The room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear everything outside, and this made it hard to sleep at times. the shower design was poor and water leaked onto the bathroom floor each time I used it.
