The front desk staff were efficient. My room had tasteful wall decor. I found a spacious work desk in my room, very useful. The breakfast buffet included many options and I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. efficient staff greeted me. tasteful decor enhanced my room. spacious desk aided work.

There was no mini bar in the bedroom. I found no toiletries provided.

the hotel is next to public transport i used it to visit jerónimos monastery and the baixa district the front desk staff helped me with an early morning issue the housekeeping team cleaned my room daily after my activities i appreciated this service. my room had a large comfortable bed i found this bed very good after long days.

the sound isolation was not perfect i could hear noises sometimes this affected my sleep slightly

The room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear everything outside, and this made it hard to sleep at times. the shower design was poor and water leaked onto the bathroom floor each time I used it.
